Terms and Conditions

Fibre Processing warrants only to the original end user with proof of purchase. The time period of the limited warranty is measured from the date of delivery of the product to the end user.

The Limited warranty covers against defects in workmanship or materials. Within the lifetime of the futon, Fibre Processing Corp. will repair or replace your futon with no expense except shipping and transport charges. The original sales receipt showing dated proof of purchase showing where the futon was purchased and price must be accompanied with futon for claim.
Fibre Processing Corp’s limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or the following conditions:

Futon mattress or cover is unsanitary
Futon has been used for commercial use
Body impressions
Outer fabric of the cover is damaged or shows wear and tear
Claim is not made by original purchaser
Claim is made for reasons other than defects in workmanship or materials
If Law Tag is removed
Fibre Processing Corp, is not liable for incidental or consequential damage that may occur through use of futons, and our liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.

In certain states, limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts are not allowed. In these states, the above limitations on the length of the implied warranties do not apply. This warranty provides specific legal rights and other rights may exist based on state of residence.
